I was greeted when I walked in. I told the sales woman (Carrie) what I was looking for, and she took me to the item. I then saw another couch that I liked and went over to look at it. I discussed my living situation (pets in particular). Carrie gave me her professional advice on upholstery vs leather vs leather substitute. She was very patient and helpful. I ended up buying the couch I found in the showroom over the one I actually came to check out and purchase. All in all a great experience

Nadine was awesome! Great store feeling and wonderful sales knowledge of products! We just intended to scout out our future wish list. Nadine let us roam around and gave us space and we chose our recliners, material to special order and we ordered our recliners!

what a wonderful store. so many choices available. my wife and I each got our own recliners. VERY comfy and plush. sales people were very helpful and no pressure at all. love this place. very happy with the huge selection to choose from.

We have been to 4 other furniture stores before we came to la. Z. Boy. Once I sat down on a couch, I knew I was going to buy. Marlene was excellent and patient. I would definitely suggest coming here.

I've been to like five different furniture stores and when I got the lazy boy and sat down in that nice comfortable recliner I knew that was it. Carrie was a very helpful salesperson listen to all my different needs that I had I have a 90 lb pitbull that likes to sit beside me in my chair so we had to fit her in there too. the first chair was too big and I barely fit into it so I returned that and was charged a $300 and some odd dollar restocking fee and purchase another chair after I sat I think in every chair in the store and within like 3 weeks to seat cushion sunken down and lumpy and I'm not very satisfied with this new chair I had a consultant from your furniture division came out and said he couldn't seem to find anything and ask if I was offered to upgrade seat cushion which no one mentioned to me which is a possibility to fix this problem I would appreciate your help

I called the Henderson store because it was the closest to Kingman, AZ. I got a very nice young salesman, Phillip Norkett. He listened while I explained why we needed full leather wrap living in AZ and the previous experience we had with leather/vinyl combinations. He offered me a better price on what I wanted than two other places. We did the deal over the phone and I can’t wait for our new sofa to arrive. Thank you Phillip!

I had a wonderful experience with La-Z-Boy thanks to Alicia and the delivery team! Alicia took the time to really understand what I needed and helped me find the perfect chair — which is not easy since I’m very tall. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. The delivery team was equally fantastic. They were professional, friendly, careful, and incredibly helpful with setup and placement. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. I highly recommend working with Alicia and the La-Z-Boy team if you’re looking for quality furniture and excellent service!

The delivery gentleman were wonderful. They took great care with the furniture and showed me exactly how to take the new chair apart when we move. We had an amazing experience with the sales team, she was very patient while we picked exactly what we want. It fits perfectly in our space! And yes, the cat approves.

Went to Lazy boy to look for new sofa and or furniture for our new home. We greeted by a store representative who was very knowledgeable and friendly. He showed us many styles and explained the differences. We were really interested in the trouper sectional. We spent some time thinking about and asking questions. They have a room designer on the staff. She setup our room on the pc and displayed the variations of what it would look like in our room. We finally chose a combination on pieces and arrangement we liked. We purchased to with a 6 - 8 week delivery. Perfect for us as home will be available by then. 😀 high quality furniture made in the 🇺🇸. Great team at this location, great job 👏
